That's why every order is automatically sent to production just seconds after it's placed. If you need to reconsider your decision, please email us within 15 minutes of placing your order. We do everything we can to stop the production process in time, but we cannot always guarantee this.
Is there a right of withdrawal for 14 days?
Our murals are produced individually for each customer. With this type of on-demand production, we actively help to avoid unnecessary overproduction and protect our environment. This also means that, in accordance with legal regulations, we cannot offer a general right of withdrawal for personalized products. We are convinced that this sustainable approach is not only more environmentally friendly, but also helps to ensure that each work of art is particularly valued.
